Jennifer Greiner (Principal)
With more than seventeen years of experience consulting with law firms
and their attorneys, Jennifer has established a preeminent reputation
for innovative and individualized career counseling. Jennifer’s
approach combines a comprehensive knowledge of the industry with
expertise in process management and presentation skills training. Her
success reflects her ability to achieve outstanding strategic results
for both client firms and their attorneys. As a result, many of
Jennifer’s long-standing clients rely on her for continuing advice
concerning attorney development issues and executive coaching.
Jennifer began her career as a consultant with Suzanne Golden Associates and went on to develop the legal outplacement practice at BRG Inc. before founding her own consultancy. She has made important contributions to the legal community at large, providing workshops and seminars for area law schools and bar associations. In addition, Jennifer volunteers with the Public Service Network of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and Volunteers for Careers.
A member of the Association of Career Professionals International, the International Coach Federation, and the Association for Psychological Type, Jennifer received both her B.A. and M.A. from The University of Dublin, Trinity College.

Joi Y. Bourgeois, Esq. (Managing Director)
Joi has been providing transition counseling, training and coaching for
Greiner Consulting’s East Coast clients since 2000. In addition to
consulting, Joi directs nationwide marketing and business development
for the firm. Joi began her career as a transactional attorney at
Clifford Chance before joining the corporate practice at Richards
Spears Kibbe & Orbe. Later, she was in-house with Dan Klores
Communications, a prominent New York public relations firm, having
first served as a business development manager for the legal division
of Spherion Workforce Architects.
Joi received her B.A. from Northwestern University, M.A. from New York University in France (Graduate School of Arts & Sciences) and J.D. from New York University School of Law. Joi is a member of the New York bar, as well as of the New York City Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’ Association, the American Bar Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.

Naomi Beard, Esq. (Managing Director, West Coast)
Based in Los Angeles, Naomi Beard is responsible for the operation of
the firm’s West Coast office. Naomi provides career transition
counseling and career coaching services for attorneys at all levels.
Naomi began her nine-year legal career as a bank and securities
regulatory attorney with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP before
joining Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, first in Washington,
DC, and later in Los Angeles. In addition, Naomi has over four years of
experience providing one-on-one career and professional coaching to
attorneys on issues including career management, performance
enhancement, leadership and communication skills, and marketing and
business development.
A Cum Laude graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, Naomi received a J.D. Order of the Coif from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a certified graduate of the Foundations Program of MentorCoach LLC, a leading training program for professional coaches. Naomi is a member of the California, Washington, DC and Virginia bars, as well as of the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, the Association for Psychological Type, and the International Coach Federation.

Jessica Hedrick (Consultant)
Jessica has been engaged in counseling, training and coaching at
Greiner Consulting since 2007. Prior to joining, she oversaw marketing
and development initiatives for an international advocacy organization.
Jessica began her career marketing and planning Continuing Legal
Education conferences at the University of Texas School of Law, where
she found an abiding interest in the law's many practices and
possibilities. An accomplished director, writer and performer,
Jessica's strong intuitive and presentational skills make her a valued
addition to the team. A member of the International Coach Federation
(IFC), and the Association of Career Professionals International
(ACPI), Jessica holds a B.A. in History from Earlham College.

Jesse Lurie (Director of Operations)
Based in California Jesse directs operations for Greiner Consulting,
coordinating the management of both our East and West Coast offices. A
skilled logistician, effective problem-solver, and energetic
contributor, Jesse brings to the firm a wealth of office management,
sales and client service experience from the legal, entertainment, and
finance industries. Jesse joined the company in 2004 and has become an
integral member of the team.
With over a decade of prior career experience in the style and design business, Jesse lends her organizational expertise and personal flair to the group and maintains a private practice as an image consultant. A native of Southern California, Jesse studied at the University of California, Los Angeles.
