Jennifer Greiner (President)
With over twenty years of experience consulting with law firms
and their attorneys, Jennifer is a market leader in legal
career management. She has established a preeminent reputation
for innovative and individualized career and transition
counseling and coaching. Jennifer combines a comprehensive
knowledge of the industry with expertise in process management
and presentation skills training. As a testimony to her
success, many of Jennifer’s long-standing clients continue to
rely on her for advice concerning attorney development issues
and executive coaching.
Before founding Greiner Consulting, Jennifer was a consultant with Suzanne Golden Associates, and went on to develop the legal outplacement practice at BRG Inc. She has made important contributions to the legal community at large, leading workshops and seminars for area law schools and bar associations. In addition, Jennifer volunteers with the Public Service Network of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and Volunteers for Careers.
A member of the Association of Career Professionals International, the International Coach Federation, and the Association for Psychological Type, Jennifer received both her B.A. and M.A. from The University of Dublin, Trinity College.

Joi Y. Bourgeois, Esq. (Vice President)
Since joining Greiner Consulting in 2000, Joi has been
providing transition counseling, training, and coaching for
clients. In addition, Joi directs nationwide marketing and
business development for the firm. Joi began her career as a
transactional attorney at Clifford Chance before joining the
corporate practice at Richards Spears Kibbe & Orbe. Later,
she was in-house with Dan Klores Communications, a prominent
New York public relations firm, having first served as a
business development manager for the legal division of
Spherion Workforce Architects.
Joi received her B.A. from Northwestern University, M.A. from
New York University in France (Graduate School of Arts &
Sciences) and J.D. from New York University School of Law. Joi
is a member of the New York bar, as well as of the New York
City Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers’
Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York
Women’s Bar Association.

Erika Schreiber, Esq. (Senior Career Consultant)
Based in our Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, Erika
joined Greiner Consulting in 2009, bringing over 10 years
of experience in the California legal community. Erika
offers professional development coaching, career counseling,
and training to attorneys at all levels. She began her
career as an employment attorney, practicing at Graham &
James, Greenberg Glusker, and later with Thelen Reid &
Priest. Erika spent three years with USC Law School as
the Associate Director for Counseling in the Career Services
Office and was more recently the Senior Manager of Recruiting
at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker.
Drawing upon her own experience, as well as in-depth market
knowledge, Erika brings to her work warmth, optimism, and a
grounded sense of possibility. An engaging speaker and
trainer, Erika has presented programs on an wide array of
topics at area law schools and numerous professional
associations including the National Association for Law
Placement. A native of the Bay Area, Erika received her B.A.
in Psychology from St. Olaf College in Minnesota and her J.D.
from the UCLA School of Law. She is a member of the State Bar
of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the
International Coach Federation, the Association of Career
Professionals, International, and the Association for
Psychological Type.

Amanda Ferriso, Esq. (Career Consultant)
Amanda provides career counseling, training and
professional development coaching to attorneys at all levels.
With over 10 years of experience in the New York legal
community, she possesses extensive knowledge of, and
familiarity with, professional development resources,
methodologies, and practical applications.
Prior to joining Greiner Consulting, Amanda was an Associate
Director of the Career Planning Center of Fordham University
School of Law. At Fordham, she provided individualized
career counseling, professional development training, and
developed and presented programs on job search strategies to
students and alumni.
Before transitioning to her role at Fordham, Amanda was a
corporate transactional attorney at Kaye Scholer, practicing
in the M&A group for almost four years. Amanda was
an active member of the Firm's Recruiting Committee and
engaged with various mentoring programs, in which she assisted
with the professional development training of summer and
junior associates. She began her career at the boutique firm,
Morea Schwartz LLP, where she handled a variety of general
corporate and finance matters.
Amanda received a JD from Fordham University School of Law and
a BA in Psychology from New York University. She
is a member of the New York State bar. Her community service
efforts include serving as a mentor/sponsor in the SSP Program
(Student Sponsors Partners), a New York City non-profit
organization.

Patricia Ellis (Career Consultant)
With over 20 years of experience and a well known professional
in the legal industry, Patricia provides career counseling,
professional development coaching, and training to attorneys
at all levels. She is experienced in developing and managing a
wide range of initiatives, focusing on career planning, career
development, effective leadership programs, organizational
development, talent management, feedback, evaluations, and
compensation. Additionally, she is skilled at crafting
policies and procedures that enhance the experience and
development of law firm professionals.
Prior to joining Greiner Consulting, Patricia was the
Director of Associate Development and Recruitment at
Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where she counseled
legal professionals on career issues, including preparing
individual career development plans and developmental goals
with a view towards both internal strategic paths and external
placement. She was also directly involved in the developmental
and delivery of educational programs and conducted needs
analysis, working with practice group leaders and legal
professional committees. Patricia was responsible for all
aspects of the attorney evaluation process and compensation
review and successfully incorporated the results into training
programs.
In addition to her PD expertise, Patricia has vast knowledge
of the legal market through her direct involvement in
strategic partner, lateral associate, and counsel recruitment.
She oversaw on-campus recruitment, summer programs, and
judicial law clerk recruitment and worked collaboratively with
firm leadership to ascertain recruiting needs and
strategically targeted searches and oversaw the entire process
from initial stages through lateral onboarding and
integration.
Patricia holds a certificate in Paralegal Studies from New
York University and attended Quinnipiac University where she
majored in English and History. She is a member of the
International Coach Federation and volunteers her time at the
Clinton Foundation.

Dane Dexheimer (Manager of Operations)
Dane joined Greiner Consulting in 2009 as the Consulting
Coordinator, working to facilitate the highest level of
service to our clientele. Dane serves as the liaison
between the clients and the consultants, and as an important
information resource and point of contact for Greiner
Consulting clients throughout our offices.
Dane began his career in the real estate industry and was most
recently working within the health care field. Dane received
his B.A. in History from Hunter College and is planning on
attending law school in the future.
